Hello my loves! Another week is starting and I hope you got all your energy back over the weekend to make a lot of beautiful crafts. Let’s practice our sewing, learning how to make the Labyrinth Quilt Block. Block quilts are perfect patterns for beginners because they are smaller projects that take less time to complete.
If you are as anxious as I am and seeing the finished piece encourages you to continue making other patterns, bet on the quilt block. Also, quilt blocks are very versatile. You can use them to make a cushion cover, sew several blocks together and make a quilt, use as decoration, wall hanging. Use your creativity and create new pieces and new ways to use them, it will be a success.
Whenever you start cutting out the pieces to assemble the pattern, start with the largest pieces. Even if something doesn’t turn out the way you wanted, you can still take the opportunity to cut out the smaller pieces. Another great tip is to use scraps left over from other projects, so we save and reuse fabric scraps for a new pattern.

Take the opportunity to make different combinations of prints and colors. If you already know where you are going to place the quilt block, take the opportunity to match the colors of the environment. Are you in doubt if the combination was good? Before starting to sew, assemble the quilt block and check the combination. If everything is ok, time to sew.
The labyrinth quilt block pattern is available at The Spruce Crafts, with measurements, step by step, assembly tips and fabric choice. It’s going to be a fun project and we’re sure you’ll love doing it. Don’t forget to let us know what you think in the comments, so we can help each other keep making beautiful crafts. Let’s make this week productive, with lots of colors, crafts and joy!
